3. Products & Pricing

All products are sold for personal use only. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include free delivery across India unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful prepaid payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All transactions are processed through Razorpay with bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.

5. Your Privacy & Security

Your trust is everything to us. Every order placed on Silk Room is protected with end-to-end encryption — from checkout to fulfillment. Your personal information is stored securely and never sold or shared for marketing purposes. We use your details solely to process and deliver your order with complete discretion.

Shipping labels and outer packaging contain no product descriptions. Order confirmation emails reference your order number only — never product names.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Replacements

Due to hygiene standards, general returns are not accepted. We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for products that arrive damaged or defective. See our Replacement Policy.
